Halloween Festivities!

This year we...

* carved pumpkins

* Dad roasted pumpkin seeds (so so yummy)

* Made chili, "bone"breadsticks and spinache dip for dinner

*Quincy went to a Halloween Party

* Brinley went Trick-or-treating

Emilee's 19th Birthday!

Happy Birthday Emilee!

Em ordered "sweet pork burritos" for her Birthday Dinner with "4 layer chocolate pudding" for dessert. We seem to like that at our house!

She celebrated with a family party and treats that morning.

Emilee is so smart, kind, funny, adventurous, willing to try everything, not afraid of anything, a great friend and so much fun!

Mantua for Mom's Birthday!

For my Birthday Dinner on the Sunday closest to my Birthday I requested one last hot dog roast in Mantua. It was so much fun! We took our hammock, roasted hot dogs and smores, played the "saran wrap ball" game and visited and explored the camp ground. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

Fall Break 2016

We had the Mecham kids join us for Fall Break this year while their parents were in Hawaii. We had a fun filled 4 days. We went to our favorite park in Ogden, got Pizza from Costco, went to Logan to feed the ducks and play at our other favorite park and went to the Pumpkin Walk in North Logan. The weather was perfect and it was so fun to play play play while school was out!

Choosing Halloween Pumpkins

When you live in Perry you don't have to go far to choose a good pumpkin for Halloween! Up the street 2 blocks at one of the many fruit stands. Thankfully these 2 cute girls still think it's fun to pick a pumpkin!

It wasn't planned, just happened that way, but it was hilarious!

Em has decided to go on a Mission!

Emilee texted me one night from College and said, "So, I think I want to come home from College after this semester and go on a Mission". I was a little shocked...mostly because this was the first she had talked to us about this. We knew she was thinking, but didn't know if she had decided anything! We were so excited for her. She isn't one to waste any time. The next day she got with her Bishop and started her papers.

We are so happy for her decision and so excited for her. She will be a great Sister Missionary!

Chris' Birthday!

Happy Birthday to the best guy ever!!

Chris celebrated his Birthday with a family party on Sunday, some delicious treats that morning and lots of love from his family!

He wanted 4 layer chocolate pudding for his dessert of choice.
