First Day of School 2016

First Day of School!

Kade of course was not interested in having his picture on the first day of his Junior year. 

Quincy on the first day of 8th grade. We had to get one of her and Gracie together too!

Brinley on her first day of 5th grade!

Me on my first day as a Kindergarten Teacher! I am starting all over!!

We missed Kylee and Emilee, but they are also starting school. 

Kylee is having her LAST first day of school ever! After this year, she is DONE!!

Emilee is starting her first year of COLLEGE!

Hope it's a great year!

The County Fair!

You can't live in Box Elder County and not go to the Fair! It's our favorite thing to do the last weekend before school starts. This year we brought Kate and Kira along too. The girls loved it!

Quincy gets Braces!!

Oh my goodness this girl was sooo excited to get braces!! Good thing, because that makes the pain of them not seem so bad! Dr. Albrechtsen set her up good. She will have beautiful straight teeth in about 18 months. Good Luck Quincer Loo!!

Kylee's 22nd Birthday!

Happy Birthday Kylee!!

Kylee got some fun treats in the morning and then celebrated that day with Libbie and cupcakes! She wanted "pigs in blankets" that night for dinner. We also celebrated a few days later with the Hadley family.

Kylee is still so much fun! I don't think she will ever be too old to play. She loves walking on the wall, playing volleyball with friends, playing with Libbie, and cleaning teeth!!!

Fun with Southwick Cousins!

We got so spend a few days with our Virginia cousins when Mike and Debbie and their family came to town to bring Brandon to BYU.

Quincy and Brinley were in heaven having Maddie here. They are such cute cousins. 

We had a BBQ, played lots of games and spent a day at Boondocks.

Can't wait until they can come agian!

Em moves to College!!

Emilee worked hard in High School and earned herself a four year, full tuition scholarship to UVU! We are so proud of her and this accomplishment. She recruited Lexi to be her roomate. We had a great time helping her move in and set up house. I think she's going to love College life!

Bear Lake with the Hadley Family

We had one last getaway for the Summer with the Hadley family to Bear Lake. It was a blast. We stayed at the "Apple Creek Campground" which used to be the Camperworld up there. It's wonderfully grassy, has flush toilets and showers! My kind of camping for sure! We had trailers and tents and our camp was wonderful. We spent time at the Lake one day and rented a kayak and paddleboard. The kids had a fabulous time playing with cousins. We played lots of games, ate lots of yummy food and even watched the Olympics on TV! Yep, Grandpa rigged us up an outdoor TV off the side of his trailer so that we could watch the Summer Olympics! I'd say we did some pretty fancy camping.

Ice balls!!

These funny girls froze water balloons and found that you can have lots of fun with frozen balls of ice in the middle of August! Entertainment for days!!
